The Field Blossom Program showcase our board members giving back to the communities they navigate. Our board members believe in leading by example which includes volunteering, mentoring, motivational speaking, and much more.
Anqesha L. Murray
Chief Executive Officer
Anqesha L. Murray is a scientist, entrepreneur, writer and promotional model. Outside of the Autumn Rise Foundation, Inc. (ARF), Anqesha gives back to her community in many ways. Anqesha mentors female youth as a Community Habilitation Counselor for Northeast Family Services. Anqesha is also apart of her universities Black Graduate Students Association and a member of For(bes) The Culture.
Oushawndra Chavers
Chief Operating Officer
Oushawndra “Apple” Chavers soul purpose is to stimulate economic growth within her community all while educating small business owners and entrepreneurs on the psychology of running a business. Outside of the Autumn Rise Foundation, Inc. (ARF), Oushawndra is the Program Chair for the Greater Rochester Black Business Alliance (GRBBA). Aside from managing her business, she provides assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Michelle Koduah
Chief Marketing Officer
Michelle Koduah Her professional interests include improving access to higher education and increasing inclusivity in challenging fields of study to boost the success of women of color. Outside of the Autumn Rise Foundation, Inc. (ARF), Michelle volunteers at Fiver Children’s Foundation as well as the Future Professionals Inc. in New York City.

BlossomBlog allows us to foster continuous learning through educational articles. ARF post a blog article that pertains to the month’s focus the last Thursday of every month.
Our BlossomBlog now has its own website! You can read all of our BlossomBlog posts as well as blog submissions on our new site by clicking the website button below. ARF BlossomBlog will be posted at the end of every month to summarize our educational content.
